Taking food out in the snow of 1928

This image was included in a collection of images of the Cave Penney family. The family lived and farmed at Rogues Roost, and lived at Little Roost, Sherwell (Sherril), Poundsgate, from about 1907 to 1984. The south of England saw heavy snow from mid-December 1928 (also shown in other images). This shows food being taken out to ponies and other stock.
