Ventiford Basin, Stover Canal, 2024

Ventiford Basin, part of the Stover Canal, is shown flooded after Storm Bert in November 2024. Ventiford Basin marked the northern terminus of the Stover canal. Local clay was brought overland, loaded onto barges and sailed down the canal to the Jetty Marsh sea lock.
