At a Tennis Festival at Dartmouth in June 2004, involving children from Dartmouth Primary School, Stoke Fleming Primary School, Blackawton Primary School and St John the Baptist Primary School. A game called Gladiator! where the players have to get as many balls as they can to a bucket without being caught by the Gladiators.
