Inside is a note that reads "After Mary Wall's death in 1903, Bradley Wood House was bought by Edward Joshua Blackburn Scratton, cousin and heir to the notable Squire Danile Scratton (and whose initials are wrongly engraved on the brass shield fronting this album!
