Queen Victoria's 60 years on the throne was celebrated officially on 22 June 1897. In the background is the Methodist chapel, now converted to apartments (see images BHW 0274 and BHW 0275). The chapel that replaced it, in Fore Street, is shown in image VAR 05 and elsewhere. DRA 4316 TOT 149
