Portland House

Portland House, on the Plains next to Seven Stars Hotel, Totnes - later 'Ye Olde Oak Cafe, then the 'Nell Gwyn Cafe. Demolished to make Coronation Road in 1937. Single track rail of Quay Line, right. To left of railway gate reads 'Holiday Season Tickets'. Great Western Railway at top. Possibly 1920s or 1930s. DRA 6184 TOT 198
