West Street, Denbury, toward the Crossing 1940s or 50s. B & R Ropers shop on corner of North Street. Ropers was previously run by Mrs Miller. Miss Stannard (bakers daughter) married Mr Winsor who had Ropers and later Mr Harris had it. His daughter Mrs Oades helped him and ran the sub post office there. DRA 0260 DB 060
