Dedication of War Memorial, Chudleigh, 9th May 1926. Unveiled by Colonel G.J.Ellicombe, JP., DL., and consecrated by the Right Reverend the Lord Bishop of Exeter. A granite cross on rectagonal base, the cross and base made by Teign Valley Granite Company and tablets supplied by J.Wippell & Co of Exeter. Paid for by public subscription of £165. DRA 2317 CL 004
