Sarah Trinick, Malborough, early 1900s

Sarah Trinick was born around 1820. In the 1901 Census, she is recorded at Higher Town, Malborough, widowed, and gives her occupation as 'retired school mistress'. She had married William Trinick, a carpenter, in 1842. (Her maiden name appears to have been Shepherd.) With her in the household in 1901 is her married daughter, Jane A. Crimp. She died in 1904, aged 84. Her apparent age in this photograph, and her dates of birth and death place the image around the early 1900s. DRA 1896 MB 021
