Wedding of Margaret Champernowne, 1908

Margaret Champernowne (1850-1932), the daughter of Henry Champernowne (1815-1851) of Dartington, married the Rev. John Henry Copleston on 22 April 1908. This was the second marriage of the Rev. Copleston, who had previously married Edith Emma Toogood in Yorkshire in 1864. She died in East Devon in 1905. The coachman in 1901 was Edward Shinner Barnes who lived at Hood Cottage (Hood Manor).
