Francis Bingham Mildmay MP. Francis B.Mildmay (born 26.04.1861) Elected at Totnes as one of the youngest MP's ever, went on to serve in the House for some 37 years. Having fought at the Somme this Lieutenant Colonel was later given a peerage and served as County Lord Lieutenant of Devon. Died Feb 1947. Museum mounted prints 002
