Small book produced for Miss Annie Phillips who ran a Fancy Repository at 28 Fore Street from 1902 until 1910. North Gate was sold by the Endowed School Governors in 1889 to Mr F.B.Mildmay M.P. (later Lord Mildmay) and presented to the Corporation of Totnes in 1890.
