Courtney Blake in his role as deputy Mayor makes a speech possibly at the end of the Mayor's term of office, 1988. Was a councillor for about 30 years until 1991. Mayor 1966. 1967 & 1975, deputy Mayor four times. Courtney Blake born 1916 in Weymouth, died November 2009 age 68. Courtney and Margaret had a daughter Janet who married Rev.Mark Brimicombe.
