Matters watch 1901

Honorary Freedom of the Borough of Totnes awarded to Sidney James Matters on his return from South Africa 1901. A silver keyless half hunter watch supplied by Mr.C.H.Wellington and inscribed "presented by the Borough of Totnes to Private Sidney J Matters on his return from active service in South Africa - 13.06.1901."
