Upton, Ugborough? 2005 (perhaps adjacent to Upton Church near South Milton) A photographic record of every listed building in England was created by the National Monuments Records, now known as the English Heritage Archive. They were taken by hundreds of volunteers between 1999 and 2008. Volunteers own the copyright, licensing English Heritage to use the images.
