EM Glass Plate Horse Fair on the Plains. Rail lines of the quay line can be seen. Terrace on left believed to be built in 1836. Greek doric doorways and first floor windows with console brackets and iron balconies. All these features are reminiscent of the style of the Plymouth architect John Foulston.
