COPYRIGHT ENGLISH HERITAGE 30 Fore Street (off Bank Lane) July 1944. Grade ll listed (25.03.1969) Earlier mid C19 three storeys and semi basement. Sash windows with glazing bars and keys with Medusa Medallions. Hingston & Son on plaque on wall. The towns first bank at 30 Fore Street "The Totnes Bank" founded in 1792 by a group of businessmen.
