Totnes Bridge

The Bridge built by the Devon architect Charles Fowler in 1828 is now a listed building Grade ll. It cost £12000. The central span is inscribed: 'ERECTED BY AUTHORITY OF AN ACT OF PARLIAMENT PASSED IN THE FIFTH YEAR OF GEORGE lV AND OPENED MARCH MDCCCXXV111."
