Ref CD 4:BB77 6 4 Some of these photographs were taken for EH by Margaret Tomlinson (1905-1997) as a buildings record photographer. In 1942 she began fieldwork for NBR in Devon, Cornwall & Dorset continuing to work during the war years. Later, she took a post as an investigator with the Ministry of Town & Country Planning compiling a list of historic buildings.
