Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee Celebration 1897 on the Plains H.Full, builder. house in process of erection. Men at work on it were Messrs E.Hooper, J.Rhymes & A.Mills representing the building trade. Drawn by Blghts horses under the care of T,Norman & J.Cole.
