Leusdon School outing in Dogshill Field, Leusdon. Shown are: Back - Joan Warren, Gladys French, Katherine French, Molly Heywood; Centre - Arae Lane, Bessie Turner, Myrtle White, Clifford White; Front - Edith Warren, Evelyn Tall, Mrs M. Chute [Shute?] (mistress at Leusdon School), Peggy Warren. In the 1921 Census, Joan and Edith Warren were living with their parents at Uppacot, not far from Leusdon. Joan was born about 1916 and Edith in 1920; judging by their ages in the photograph, it can be dated to around 1924-25. DRA 6012 PW 134
