Frank Philott. Master baker at Jacka's at 5 Fore Street.. Learnt his trade with Burton Marks (prior to Jacka's). Paid 6 shillings as an apprentice. There is an mp3 tape by Frank Philott (born 1902). Flour delivered from Town Mill to Burton Marks. Frank was in the choir at St Marys church for years.
